The Board of Directors recognized the need to have a logo that represented the goals and mission of the organization. CFAN was established to promote Fine Arts awareness within the Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District. Therefore it made perfect sense to have a student from SCUC ISD design our logo.
In September, 2005 the art teachers throughout the district assigned their students the task of designing a logo for CFAN. The results were amazing. Out of over four hundred entries, the board narrowed the choices down to ten finalists. The winning entry was designed and drawn by Rachel Buchanan, a senior at Samuel Clemens High School.
The winning logo is displayed to the right and is used on all promotional material.
