Board of Directors
C-FAN is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is composed of no less than seven members nor more than eleven, one of whom is the Executive Director of the organization. The Board of Directors sets the goals and strategic direction of the organization. The Board in conjunction with the Executive Committee develops the strategic plans and actions that will accomplish the goals of the organization.
Executive Committee
The Executive Director of the organization shall appoint Directors of the four main arts disciplines with the approval of the Board. A number of operational committees are also part of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee bears the responsibility of planning events and programs that help achieve the overall goals of the organization. The Executive Committee seeks volunteers to help with events.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Committee consists of key individuals from the community as well as persons with specific skills and talents that will assist the organization in achieving the goals set forth by the Board of Directors.
